“We’re so grateful for the time, energy and expertise Lorraine brings to Making The Leap. Her honest feedback and practical advice on CVs, mock interviews and presentation skills helps young adults build confidence and get interview-ready.

Her insight into what employers look for has helped us position our pitches more effectively and strengthen our partnerships. For a corporate partner, her thoughtful focus group design and expert facilitation created space for open and honest discussion. These insights will help us tailor our advice and design a bespoke programme to enhance their recruitment and onboarding, and better support candidates/employees from lower socio-economic backgrounds.

Her support has had a real impact; I can’t wait to see the feedback from her personal branding session next week - we know it will be another valuable contribution.”
