With over 25 years’ experience – much of it in financial services – I partner with stakeholders to align people capabilities with business goals, enabling teams to adapt quickly, lead effectively and deliver results.
I blend best practice with my on-the-job insight to create experiences that resonate, balancing smart use of digital tools with proven human-led approaches to ensure learning sticks.
My most recent role was CLO for a Financial Services L&D vendor where I transformed the offering into scalable, blended learning for banks and FS organisations worldwide. My earlier career includes senior buy and sell side L&D roles with organisations such as Fitch Learning, Insight Investment and Intact Insurance (formerly RSA). In these roles I gained deep sector knowledge, using it to develop targeted programmes that improved leadership impact, accelerated change adoption and strengthened organisational capability.
I am an ILM-recognised coach and mentor, and hold a Masters in Human Resource Management and a BA (Hons) in European Languages and Business.
